Jewell House

The Jewell House provides an additional living unit on a central Austin lot, accessible by alley. At just under 1,100 SF, this 3 bedroom/ 2 bath structure accommodates both family and guests. A wood deck and pool link the two residences on the property. With a nod to elements of Art Deco, the form of this structure was designed to be harmonious with the neighborhood context and an existing tree.
